John's parents came in from Missouri and his sister flew in from Hawaii to meet Levi! They were a great help and had so much fun with him!! I got some great tips from them while they were here.

First of all, Levi's little bottom has been raw since he had to have antibiotics in the hospital. It had little sores that were bleeding. John's mom said we should use Baby Oil Gel with flat cotton balls to clean him up. It has worked wonders!! He doesn't cry when we wipe him and it cleans him really well. His little booty is definitely getting better now!!

Secondly, John's sister, Dawn, suggested we get baby Acidopholus to add to his bottle once a day. This helps his digestive system and will help his bottom heal. So now he gets at least one bottle a day. I love that John can feed him too. My mom found these great bottles online that are similar to the shape of the breast and the flow is a lot slower so the baby doesn't get overwhelmed with the difference. They are called Adiri and they have different stages of bottles as the baby gets older.
